On March 21, 2024, Seda Ayala Center Cebu and Seda Central Bloc Cebu organized a highly successful women’s forum. During the forum, esteemed guest speakers shared their expertise on key topics essential for women’s empowerment in the workplace. These topics included women’s health, the rights and benefits of working women, and the importance of ensuring the protection of women.
By addressing these crucial subjects, the forum aimed to create awareness and foster a supportive environment for women within the Seda Hotels organization. PROTECTION OF WOMEN
Police Capt. Albe B. Codilla, Chief of the Regional Women and Children Protection Desk, shared valuable insights on ensuring the safety and well-being of women. Her expertise from the Philippine National Police, Regional Office 7, shed light on the importance of protecting women in our society.
RIGHTS & BENEFITS OF WORKING WOMEN
RD Lilia A. Estillore, Regional Director of the Department of Labor & Employment, Regional Office 7, discussed the rights and benefits to which working women are entitled. Her informative session empowered women to understand their rights in the workplace and strive for equality.

Dr. Patricia Ann S. Coronel, Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Chong Hua Hospital, Mandaue City, emphasized the significance of women’s health. Her expertise shed light on various health issues faced by women and provided essential tips for maintaining well-being.
CGSP Human Resource Manager at Seda Central Bloc Cebu Daryl Maye Getubig, and FPM Director of Human Resources at Seda Ayala Center Cebu Bobot Codoy expertly hosted the event. Their engaging presence kept the audience captivated throughout the forum.
