Discover the wonders of cacao through a chocolate-molding demonstration by the “Chocolate Chamber Keeper,” Jonathan Choa on October 31, 2020, Saturday and on Wednesday, November 4 at The Chocolate Chamber, Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Jonathan is one of the sons of The Chocolate Queen, Ms.Raquel T. Choa, who unceasingly explores the beauty of cacao through her array of Beyond Creations Collection.

RAISING THE TSOKOLATE BAR: MOLDING CHOCOLATES

This Saturday, Jonathan will show the chocoholics the techniques and share tips on chocolate-molding using the Tsokolaté Bar – from melting to tempering to molding chocolates in various shapes.

Participants will also have the chance to savor the versatility of the Tsokolaté Bar as a drink and taste formed chocolates using this premium confectionery component during the 30-minute chocoholic experience.
For those who would love to experience and witness the event, they can attend either of the two dates: October 31 or Nov. 4, 2020, at 1521 hours (3:21pm). The introductory price is at Php385.00/pax.
