Last March 2015, I was with some print media friends and bloggers to try a good spread of Chef Simon’s veggie masterpieces at the La Gondola in Waterfront Hotel Lahug. It was one of my favorite food trips that I’ve had because I got to pay my compliments personally to the chef and mingled with new friends in the media and blogging community as well.

The whole veggie feast was a new experience for me as a foodie. It totally expanded my horizon and my taste buds, too 

Chef Simon, a connoisseur of good food has been a chef for thirty-two years and lived in Germany, Switzerland.
