A cozy cafe just opened last August 12, 2013 right in the heart of One Acacia Place in Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City. As I stepped in the cafe, K-Pop music greeted me as it enveloped the whole place. I saw students, mostly college kids, lounging in some of the special nooks on a laid back Wednesday morning.
These little nooks that occupied the whole place made Cafe Noriter a unique place to hang out in. It is a perfect place for you and your barkada while you guys relax and unwind over beverages or their famous Frap with sandwiches on the side. There’s also free wi-fi connection available for the regulars.
Since it’s a Sandwich Wednesday, I ordered their Ham and Cheese Ciabatta Bread served with pickle relish and spiced mayonnaise. Love how the cheese melts in my mouth as the tender ham mesh well with the chewy bread!
Then I ordered Java Chip Frap, the cafe’s best seller. Boy, this drink is definitely sinful yet gastrogasmic to quench your thirst!
What’s so fun about this cafe is that you can leave a note on the walls in one of their nooks! They even provide special colorful papers and pens for you to express yourself in writing. And this is my share as my shout-out…
Or you can use their napkin to write on and hand in your note to the staff for them to post it in their cafe.
If you want al fresco setting, you can lounge with your family and friends on the veranda. According to one of their staff members, the owners have plans of having acoustic bands in the evenings to provide feel-good music to their regulars.
There will be another branch in UC-Banilad which it will have it’s soft opening this month. Now that is something great to look forward to, don’t you think?
Well, I definitely enjoyed my sweet and sumptuous brunch! The staff was so impeccable with their service. I feel I’ve found my new “home” right in the busy avenue. Thanks for sharing me your special nook, Cafe Noriter
