I was bummed out when my favorite coffee shop was already full when I arrived so I was looking for another cafe where I can work on my papers. Minutes later, I was stuck in a bad traffic along Cebu Doctors’ Hospital so I decided to check out the coffee shop across the hospital but it was a full house! Then I walked a few distance looking for a cab and saw this cafe in a corner. It had only a couple of customers inside so I checked the place.
The ambiance plays a good factor in choosing a good place to work on my writing then the cafe’s display of desserts and their coffee are next on my list whether the place is a HIT OR a MISS.
First thing that caught my eye was an indulgent display of desserts and I was like a school girl feeling so giddy looking at a whole array of sweets! They were so inviting 🙂 Cyrel, the cheerful guy behind the cash register was so helpful in filling me in on their food and drinks. I always appreciate that in a crew, an admirable trait indeed!
PARTY IN MY MOUTH EXPERIENCE 🙂
I totally enjoyed the food and my coffee that I even forgot about my paperworks lols! Naaah no worries, the whole gastronomic experience was worth missing a day of work — it was like having a party in my mouth with all the flavors playing with my palate 🙂 Definitely, I’ll be back and try more of their cakes, I saw their Boston Cake which looked so enticing hehehe
Over-all, very efficient crew + homey ambiance + delectable food and drinks + fast wi-fi connection — what more can I ask for? I am lucky to have found this new favorite nook in Capitol!
You guys should try it, too! 🙂
