Dive into an Adventure at Cebu Ocean Park

Cebu and the rest of the islands in the Visayas are up for an exciting adventure as Cebu Sealife Park Inc., the same team that built the first-ever marine theme park in the Philippines, that is the Manila Ocean Park, is proud to unveil yet another exciting project in the Philippines – the Cebu Ocean Park.

Families in Cebu and other nearby provinces no longer need to fly all the way to Manila just to witness the marvelous marine life attractions in Manila Ocean Park. Now, with the opening of Cebu Ocean Park, they can now experience an all-inclusive educational and experiential tour in this world-class marine attraction. Similar to Manila Ocean Park, Cebu Ocean Park is geared towards becoming an all-year and all-season destination for both local and international tourists.

Spanning a larger and deeper water volume, it occupies a 1.5-hectare that is located next to the SM Seaside City Cebu Complex. This facility at South Road Properties in Cebu City is set to take the visitors on an educational, interactive, and experiential marine life journey through its attractions and encounters programs. It boasts the largest Oceanarium in the Philippines which is 7-meter deep, that also showcases a 360-degree viewing tunnel that houses thousands of the world’s most amazing marine species. Aside from this spectacular exhibit, guests could also witness other fascinating animals at the Jungle Trek and Creepy Critters. They also have the chance to get up-close to the animals at the Fish Spa, Bird Feeding and Stingray Interaction. The thrilling Crocodile Encounter and Sea Trek should also not be missed.

Cebu Ocean Park has a banner CSR program called “I LOVE MY OCEAN PLANET” that encourages volunteerism, public education and community mobilization activities designed to increase public awareness and action on coastal management issues and instill pride in our country’s natural resources. It is an expanded responsibility of stewardship not only with marine biodiversity but also with other creatures that are dependent on the wellness of the ocean.

Cebu Ocean Park is fully aware of its obligation to reach a broad public and impart necessary information relevant to current environmental issues.
