Mao Jia serves authentic Hunan Cuisine that comprises the cuisines of the Xiang River region, Dongting Lake and Western Hunan Province in China. Others also call it as the Xiang Cuisine which is known for its hot and spicy flavors, fresh aroma and a display of vibrant colors in every dish. No wonder this cuisine is one of the Eight Great Traditions of Chinese cuisine.
Mao Jia is the second store that opened in the Philippines, the first one is in Makati. Everything in the menu was carefully planned for six months by a chef who hails from Hunan Province so you get to taste the exquisite dishes as if you’re enjoying a hot and spicy meal in the heart of Hunan.
